Difference Between Transparent Screens and Conventional Screens:
1. Structural Design:
- Conventional Screens: Heavy cabinets comprising a cabinet frame, modules, heat dissipation systems, and other equipment. They are bulky and challenging to repair.
- Transparent Screens: Simple structure with aluminum profile frames and transparent PC panels. They are visually appealing and lighter in weight.
2. Display Performance:
- Conventional Screens: Limited color reproduction and color tunability, especially in small pixel pitches.
- Transparent Screens: High transparency, bright output, and vibrant colors with an ultra-high refresh rate.
3. Installation and Maintenance:
- Conventional Screens: Complex installation with risks of wall damage. Specialized maintenance procedures may be required.
- Transparent Screens: Easy indoor installation, movable and lockable frames. Efficient maintenance with modular design for easy part replacement.
4. Product Specifics:
- Conventional Screens: High protection levels (up to IP67), soft rubber embedded layouts, and minimal pixel pitches (as low as P0.9) for Ultra HD display.
- Transparent Screens: Protection levels up to IP46 due to transparency requirements, and a minimum pixel pitch limited to P2.6. Exposed light beads and lightweight texture contribute to display quality.
